Shot several 100 rounds out of my XP. Flawless, no problems. Probably shot 1000 rounds from the beloved M1911A1 with no problems.

Might be more of a problem with the shooter or reloaded ammo.

  2. Smince Says:

Well, from first-hand account I have also shot thousands through them with no problems, and carry the .40 S&W subcompact without hesitation. Some autos have to be more forcefully racked to eject an unspent cartridge, depending on the ammo. After all, they’re supposed to be throwing *empty* brass.

    is gun,is not safe.

Not exactly a sound argument. I think I will keep mine.

He’s talking about the new XD-S. Not the XD or XDM.
There’s nothing wrong with the standard XD. The XD-S is a new design and there may be some flaws.

How did David Drake have Ripper Jack Scratchard put it?

    “Via. They all jam, happens.”

Plan accordingly. Or buy a Kimber. I hear they never jam.

    Heh.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
