Good thing climate change is a myth.

Dude, mine went up to 111. Officially, it was only 105 in Nashville. http://lockerz.com/s/220740830 Yeah, Nashville, TENNESSEE. This is the kind of weather I used to expect when I lived in El Paso.

Here in Austin, Texas, the best climate the state has to offer, it has been over 100F for days now. So stop whining, because you guys will get a cold front move through that brings temperatures down to 90 or so, and we will get one that brings ours down to 98 or so. Until late September.

101 in the back yard right now. In the shade. 25 miles, + or -, from Unc’s.

    But it’s a dry heat.

Today, it is *officially* up to 107.

That’s right, 107 in NASHVILLE, TN.

I ain’t going out to the vehicle to see what it says… Indoors, sipping iced tea, vegging out.

If we were hitting record high year after year, then I would be willing to chalk it up to AGW. Problem is, the current record was set in 1930.

So how did it go so hot then without AGW?

  9. SL Says:

This morning – 7:30 a.m. 95 and rising in the truck. Supposed to hit 112 today. Gotta love Phoenix in the summer.

  10. Steve in TN (@sdo1) Says:

Nashville just set the all time record, 109 degrees. Previous all time high was 107 in 1952.
