Obviously, compensating for the size of his penis

And not the fact he’s not knife-proof:

“(The bystander) was suspicious of what might be going on, and when he saw the stabbing, he just drew his pistol and challenged the individual,” which caused the alleged attacker to lie down on the ground, said Salt Lake City Police Lt. Brian Purvis.

The anti gun folks think he should have retreated.

“On Monday, Ly pleaded guilty in state court in Salt Lake City to misdemeanor counts of joyriding and possessing someone else’s identifying documents, a court docket shows. He was transported from the jail for that hearing, and Judge Denise Lindberg freed him until sentencing on June 18.

Also in state court in Salt Lake City, Ly has pending misdemeanor charges of sexually battery and lewdness.

Ly also has misdemeanor convictions in Utah for attempted assault, attempted assault against a police officer, theft and drug possession.”

A Judge let this guy walk away until sentencing? Yea, that was a great idea. How much trouble can this guy get into again, right?

  5. Paul Says:

Sadly I rarely see the JUDGES NAME published when their charges they let off do bad deeds.

    Yea, molonlabe is dead right.

  6. Phssthpok Says:

Sadly, no rounds were discharged so it won’t count as a DGU, nor was a gun used for the assaults, so it wouldn’t fit the ‘gun violence’ metric either… as far as the anti’s are concerned this incident never happened (statistically).

Which means they are free to continue rhetorically asking “Why would anyone need a gun in a grocery store?”

  7. Critter Says:

    so, two questions:

the witness said the suspect was shouting something to the effect of “you killed my people!”. which people are these and when were they allegedly killed?

why don’t we have more knife control? like in England? because that’s worked so well.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
