Hmm. Very Interesting. “…disproportionally affects communities of color…” Does this mean the Congressional Black Conference is finally acknowledging that “Communities of Color” are “Disproportionally Responsible for Criminal Activities” as compared to the rest of the United States Citizenry on a Per Capita basis? Or in Simple Speak, “We have way more Thugs and Gangsters among our Kids than all the rest of you, but if you shoot one of our Young Hoodlums who is trying to Kill you, YOU need to go to Jail because THEY are Black?”
Sounds like the CBC is being Racist to me. Wonder if Holder will Investigate them for Promoting Hate Speech?

I’m just charmed by the fact that they can make their own group according to skin color, and don’t consider it racist at all.
