Institute for Justice scores a victory and court says one can be compensated for donating bone marrow. Wow, commerce!
The Paper of Making Up The Record goes to bat for the Obama administration over Fast and Furious. Though I agree that Obama has avoided the gun issue, except for that ‘under the radar’ thing.
As predicted, articles telling the bitter-clingers to calm down, Obama won’t take your guns. Expect more.
And a new one on me: multiple-clip magazine. Layers of editorial oversight!
Seen on google maps:

The payroll tax cut extension. Aren’t you guys always talking about more money in peoples’ pockets?
people like Bloomberg can end up in positions of such power are one of the reasons I think gun ownership is important.
Indeed. Power hungry nannies like Bloomberg are as good a reason as any.
I dunno, I’m not all that scared of Bloomberg’s army.
More: There you have it, militarization of the police from the mouth of NannyBloomberg himself.
It is pretty frightening. Imagine if, say, Governor Rick Perry made a similar claim and what the press would be doing with that.

Draco: a bullpup AK classifed as a pistol? You can see other models here. They note the ATF says: Your new design eliminates the forward handgrip and thus does not facilitate two handed firing as your initial design did. Therefore FTB finds that an AK pistol mounted in your redesigned stock is intended to be fired with one hand and thus constitutes a "pistol" as defined in the Gun Control Act.
