@alan, if only liberals are above the law, then why are Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney, Scooter Libby, Alberto Gonzales, etc. not in prison?

Mexico had jurisdiction on activity in the USA how, again? Sovereignty matters, and Mexico has no claim on him, fevered imagination to the contrary aside.
