He did it wrong.
It is perfectly legal to offer compensation for pain and suffering caused by donating organs/tissue.
Person needed to consult a lawyer first.

What makes you think that it’s YOUR body?
After all, the government has already told you that you cannot ingest marijuana, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamines, etc. It isn’t even your choice to possess these substances, regardless of your intent to ingest them.
Wasn’t it just last week that some judge in Wisconsin said that there is no fundamental right to drink the milk from your own cow? The government determines what is “good” for you to take into your body, and what is not. Period. Just ask the FDA, DEA, Agriculture, Michelle “Evita” Obama, etc.
So, no, it is most definitely NOT your body and it is most definitely NOT your choice.
