Where America used to be

Man defending family, shoots a bear. Looking at two years in jail for that.

School teacher suspended for show and tell about tools. One tool was a small knife.

CA Government driving people off of land.

US government raids Gibson to enforce Indian law. But, you know, only selectively enforces US law.

    Man defending family…

    Shoot.   Shovel.   Shutup!

  3. Shootin' Buddy Says:

The trial will be in Idaho?

Not guilty after 10 minutes of deliberation and 8 of those will be spent picking a foreman.

I don’t know the way Idaho law is set up for this, but MT has specific protections for livestock. If its set up in similar manner, its an auto ticket, so Fish and Game don’t have to make the call, then dismissed in court. I’ve heard (unsubstantiated) stories of F&G officers testifying on behalf of the defendant.

  5. Kristopher Says:

This would be some Clinton or Obama appointed federal prosecutor, who is about to get schooled on juries in Idaho.

Dumbass is just going to waste money on a forgone verdict, and screw up his own win record.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
