I’m a big fan of the M&P’s. I have had mine for several months now. Haven’t had a single issue with it. About 1500 rnds through it.

Unc, is it true the M&Ps have a mag disconnect?

Oh good, there’s a chance to get a non-fucked one. I checked them out this past weekend and loved the grip, but mag disconnects are a deal breaker. I’ll keep my eyes open then, thanks.

Love my M&P9C for carry. An M&P45 is on my “to get” list to sleep in the nightstand.

Hate to say it, but if you need to shoot a .45, I’d have to take a poly gun over a 1911. Those Wolf Packs are getting younger, larger, and more fearless every day, and since I lost the ability to make hundreds of rounds of ammunition Magically appear when I need it….
