Snow Fun
Since half the country is covered in snow and Al Gore is blaming it on global warming, it’s time for a tactical snowman contest.
This contest is unfair to those of us who until recently were enjoying temperatures in the mid 60s.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

In central TX two days ago it was in the 70s. This a.m. when I got up it was 19. Ouch!

Sunday and Monday it got up to 80. When I woke up Tuesday it was 27…. No snow here, but it was a crisp 14 this morning with a wind chill of -3.

Calvin and Hobbes may be the ideological forefathers of this event. I recall a cartoon of a mass murdering snowman, wielding an ice cream scoop, surrounded by his snowman victims.

Here in Unita county Wyoming it’s 9 below zero at 11:30 am local time. Clear skies and no wind but cold enough to make a snowman shiver! 🙂
