Keep your booger-hook off the bang-switch

And stop touching it:

A law enforcement official, who asked not to be named because he was not authorized to speak about the case, said Stenroos was mishandling a firearm when he was shot, but he did not go into any more detail.

Claimed he was shot by someone, setting off a manhunt.

There go those layers of editorial oversight again:

“Thousands of people were inconvenienced by the actions of this one man,” Stenroos said. “I want to again apologize to everyone who was alarmed, who worked long hours and who were adversely affected by his actions.”

Stenroos was the shooter (and shootee?) in question. *facepalm*

Set off a HUGE manhunt – 350 officers involved, and 7 square miles locked down.

Slow on the draw… fast on the trigger.

If he is not authorized to speak about the case then he needs to keep his damn mouth shut. That guy needs to be fired.

    Almost statistically nonexistent.
But when they happen, they can be totally embarrassing.

During an instructional class for crime scene investigators inside San Francisco’s Hall of Justice at 850 Bryant St.,a veteran inspector began a discussion on single action vs. double action firearms when — kaboom! — his gun fired a bullet straight through a cubicle wall.

And I see they’ve completely remove the quote I posted above and replaced it with a similarly-worded quote from someone else.

And the Bradyites say only Police should have firearms.

Hah! This incident happened at my high school. My mom lives a couple miles away and she said she’d never seen so many helicopters in the air at one time.

  9. Bob H Says:

I just read an update that says the casing at the scene is not compatible with the officer’s weapon… Is it a BUG he is not owning up to or does the plot thicken?

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
