No grandfathering
Sebastian look at McCarthy’s bill and notices that the grandfathering provisions basically mean no grandfathering. The burden of proof would be on you. Additionally, it bans the transfer of standard capacity magazines.
This bill is really awful.

McCarthy is either a Democrat, a creature of the media, or CBS prexy Leslie Moonves client; depending on how you look at it. Boehner is a Republican, with no influence on the woman.
