Bacon Candle

Via John, comes the manliest candle in the world. Seems like a waste of bacon fat to me. I strain mine and put it in a jar that I keep in the fridge. It’s great for cooking.

Real men use bacon grease as patch lube for their flintlocks.

Glad to see the actual bacon did not go to waste in a candle. Before reading the linked post, I had visions of a candle with bacon bits in it, much like those over-scented abominations that have flower petals in the wax.

Also, the jar shape looks really familiar but I cannot place it. Jelly? Salsa? Pickles? Would one get more man points for using a jar from something like habanero salsa, or Marmite, or pickled herring?

One last thing – how does he keep his dogs from eating it?

I with ya mikee, I am thinking pickled herring.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
