Committing a felony is a loophole

So says the Brady Campaign. If you purchase a handgun out of state, it must go through an FFL. I can’t imagine they don’t know the law. They’re just being deceptive. Of course, most of their ‘supporters’ get their understanding of gun laws from watching crappy crime dramas.

So committing a felony creates a loophole in buying a handgun across state lines?

And we each unknowingly commit about 3 felonies a day, or so I have read.

Therefore we each have 3 loopholes, or as I like to call them, opportunities, to purchase a handgun across state lines each day.

Or something like that, if I follow the argument correctly.

Where is that Christmas check from the in-laws?

That’s consistent with the way they seem to get their understanding of the new waves in blood-in-the-streets combat effectiveness from Rambo movies.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
