What media bias?

The Chicago Tribune has a poll, basically asking which gun control ideas are you for.

  1. TerryP Says:

Where is “None of the above” ?

  2. koveras225 Says:

Interestingly enough, there is only one response in that poll that has managed to gain over 50% of the votes… “No ammo for people convicted of gang crimes” at 67.4%. Nothing else makes it past 41.6%, most in the 15-30% range.

  3. Ravenwood Says:

They offer “common sense” legislation from either Washington D.C. or California. I guess laws from Vermont, Alaska, Arizona, or Virginia wouldn’t work up there.

  4. Mikee Says:

This poll is using the Alinsky-ite tactic of framing the debate to include only terms desired by one party to the debate.

Hence it is worse than useless, it is positively fraudulent.

  5. Tango Says:

No big clips. Since a ‘clip’ isn’t used in weapons like an AR-15, it’s a moot law. When’s the last time someone saw a ‘clip’ that held more than say… 10 rounds?

  6. Diomed Says:

I have a box of thirty round clips.

    They’re for my Hotchkiss Portative.

  7. TomcatsHanger Says:

I swear I’ve seen 20 round clips for AR mags.

  8. Joe Huffman Says:

I find it interesting they stopped allowing comments. Look at the timestamps for the comments. They were coming in a rate of about one every five minutes. Then they stopped at 10:55 AM.

That was about the time I left a comment saying they left off the poll option for Federal Marshals arresting Daley and “City Officials” for violation of 18 USC 242.

I didn’t even mention that I think the prosecutors should give serious consideration to the death penalty in the case.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
