    Hey, those PacLite uppers don’t have the Ruger Mark III grit collectors (also known as loaded chamber indicators) on their sides!

    MK II forever. MK III never!

    Mikee- I saw a MK III without the LCI at the range. It had been blown out the side of the gun.

    So will Ruger now offer the Mk III with pre-removed LCIs as an optional “Loaded Chamber ViewPort(TM)” for an added fee? At least it would collect less gunk, grit, residue and be easier to clean.

    Vote: Colt or High Standard for best .22 plinker. Ruger is a cheapass comelately (but still a very good little gun).
