Cool, dead Nazis.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, but most of the people I’ve talked to didn’t.

After thinking about it for a while, I believe I know why: watching the trailers and reading a synopsis of the movie would lead you to believe that the movie is about a group of American Jews that go around killing Nazis. There’s about 3-4 whole minutes of that, and close to 3 hours of establishing the background, motives, and life of the chick that owns a theatre.

It’s almost like they wrote a script, lost it in a fire, and then started over from scratch with someone else writing.

I’d go with “Long, drawn out”.

The long conversations where the bad guys were trying to figure out who the infiltrator are were just plain tedious.

Bad review- “Shoshanna runs a theater”

    Good review- “Batter up!”

Yep, I wish there was less dialog and development of the two-dimensional cliche characters, and more Nazi Snuff. I liked the Nazi Stuff parts, but that was what, 40 mins, top of the film?

They need an “Alexander” style director’s cut where they simply cut out all the plot and non-nazi snuff, and make the movie an easy hour!

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
