Quitters
Apparently, quite a few democrats in Tennessee are quitting. Jumping ship before the inevitable pounding they’re about to take. The latest is Bart Gordon.
Meanwhile, feminists are shocked to learn what libertarians think of the 17th amendment.

1. If you have George Dickel and something that tastes like George Dickel, presumably you go with whichever’s cheaper, them tasting the same and all.
2. Applying pressure to fissures makes them expand, not hold tight.

My thought on democrats jumping ship is that it helps with political posturing after the 2010 election. If a bunch of incumbents lose in congressional elections that is a clear message. If a bunch of democratic challengers fail to get elected, that means less.

I’m just upset that Bart Gordon thwarted my plans of running against him in 2012.
