Advocating Violence

A newspaper published a letter that advocated killing hunters. Now, I expect people to have such bone-headed ideas. I don’t expect a newspaper to publish stuff like that.

Yeah, like that really worries me. Come after me when camoed up and armed…thats a really good idea.

  2. Bobby Says:

Paul, I thought the same, but say they attack you, and you defend yourself. How will a rag such as this portray it?

“The savage hunter, who was just out for blood with a loaded gun attacked someone just trying to save a defenseless….

Its Lose/Lose with these people. Their sheer insanity will skew every part of it, every bit of information.

  3. Mikee Says:

This letter does make it more likely that anyone out protesting against hunting during the season, say by walking around a good hunting spot wearing cowbells and chanting “Kumbaya,” will be considered a threat to their safety by any hunters in the area.

Good work, letter writing fool! You just increased the risk to those on your side!

  4. Tomcatshanger Says:

So Bobby, you’re saying the article advocates Shoot Shovel and Shutup on both sides of the issue.

  5. Gregory Markle Says:

So, this is going to be looked into under the auspices of the new “hate crime” bill Obama just signed, right?

  6. Tom Says:

I thought things like that were a no-no under some sort of “fighting words” exception to free speech.

Have the local police paid this potentially dangerous nut a visit yet? If any hunters are injured from outsiders (non-hunting accidents) can the paper/editors now face some liability for advocating murder?

At least the murder advocate presents a wonderful reason why CCW in the wilderness should be promoted.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
