If they collected taxes on it, the tax collections would be huge. I think they ought to just go for it. What's wrong with the other states? How comes there are only 14 that allow medicinal marajuana? It's just selective enforcement of the law. The only thing that will fix the problem is to repeal the law or change it to actually address the level of the "offense."
