Registration
Dave Kopel looks at the 7th circuit ruling regarding registration of firearms:
That portion of the decision has very little reasoning; it simply says that Cicero (unlike D.C., in Heller) does not ban guns. Ergo, the Cicero registration law is constitutional.

Seems the 7th ciruit ignored the little clause about “shall NOT be INFRINGED”. But then, the ruling judicial oligarchy regularly doesn’t bother with such details unless it meets with their own agenda…..
