Until the Firearms Freedom Acts are recognized in a Supreme Court decision to be the perview of the states under the 10th amendment, this is still the Federal Government's game, and they don't like it when the states, or in this case an extremely arrogant city try to make their own definitions of these laws. What happens when Wyoming decides that a Machine Gun is not a firearm, and therefore not subject to federal laws?
