I do not think this will be labeled a conspiracy because it will not show up in the main stream press, so they will not have to tag it for the sheeple consumption and the deception of the uneducated. This actually falls in line with the United Nations agenda 21, which the main stream calls a conspiracy "theory", even though it is one ideal that is proudly posted on the U.N. website: http://www.un.org/esa/dsd/agenda21/ Change you will soon believe in.
