Does anyone know if Kwan has any recourse in suing for his losses and or defamation?

And PBR is not crappy. Not wonderful, but not crappy. Budweiser and Coors are Crappy. And Peils. And RedWhite&Blue. And Lone Star. And Iron City.

Do they make Strohs any more? That was crap.

Singha is Thailanese crap. ChingTao is Chinese crap.

I’m sure there is crappy beer just about anywhere you go. But PBRs aren’t crap. Though I would prefer a Guiness right now, but all I have is some funky IPA which isn’t crap, but isn’t that good either. (thus why I’m sitting here drinking Scotch.)

ATF getting their hackles up and trying to trump up charges against someone? Yeah, I remember that happening here in Idaho too, up at Ruby Ridge. People tend to get killed over such things. Some of us take our liberty rather seriously, even if a few f-troopers don’t – something to remember this weekend while you’re stuffing your faces with hot dogs and PBR, celebrating a violent rebellion against an over-reaching government back in the 1700s.

Now now. In a free society we can disagree on things like ice-cream flavors and beer, and still be good friends. It’s when some jackass in government tries to declare a national beer that we become enemies, broken into political factions– one advocating BP, one lobbying for Laughing Dog IPA, and the “extremists” saying it’s none of government’s fucking business. It could come to blows.

If I remember correctly what F troop did was confiscate the NFA weapon and then come back the next week and say that since Kwan still had a semiauto version of it and the NFA weapon’s shoulder stock, he therefore had an unregistered SBR.

I drove to Wal-Mart yesterday adn bought a 30-pack of PBR. I COULD have sat in the parking lot, got rip-roaring drunk, and run down a dozen people on my way home.
