Concerning the M-44 carbine w/ red dot, why not? No one blinks when a Smith revolver sports crimson trace grips or a holo sight, but that wheelgun dates back to the 19th century, just like the Mosin. Ponder this on the tree of doom.

I don't get the Walther. I just don't get it.

With .380 ACP ammo as scarce as hen's teeth, and twice as expensive, I fail to see what market Walther thinks they're going to corner here. The gun's too big for deep concealed carry, being "nearly the same size as the popular Walther P22". The market has been popping out pocket .380s like crazy, and all of them have been selling so well that the phrase "selling like hotcakes" has been revised to "selling like pocket .380s"...

So S&W/Walther release a .380 ACP that's larger and heavier than most other .380s out there.

*shrug*

Well, at least it'll most likely be MA compliant...

RE: Walther’s new 380.

Cool, but what am I supposed to use for ammo? I havn't seen a box of .380 in six months.
