The Governor has until tomorrow (noon, i think) to veto or it becomes law without his sig. We think we have the votes to override his veto, and I think he knows it. Then only the restaurants suffer. This way all gun carriers lose the ability to carry in parks. If state preemptions on guns then let the bill get vetoed and try again next year. In exchange for not getting a veto that would've been overridden easily, Nicely gets to add language saying that municipalities can't do something the state ALREADY says they can't do, and we also lose state parks in cities like Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
