Because the pizza places will become so tightly regulated, they will close. Because the pizza joints are closed, less people will come to the bars & late-night life. Because there will be less people in the area spending $$$, there will be less tax revenue coming in. Guess who will be shrugging their shoulders and asking, "What did I do?" I can see it now, under “The Law of Unintended Consequences”.
