There's so much business in beginner and HCP classes that we have to stretch to keep the non-owners in ammo for their rentals. We're still out of .380, but thanks to the "one box" policy on the thinner non-rental stuff you can still get a box of Wolf .223. That is, if we haven't run out of what we could scrounge up already... Whatever happened to the company making plastic .38 and .223 cartridges? If there ever was a time for that idea it's now, maybe even with some kind of integral priming to avoid shortages in those too. If bullets are in short supply I'm sure they could whip up a suitable plastic/bismuth matrix heavy enough to be stable and small enough to stay within OAL...
