The media is really struggling these days. But they still don’t get it. They don’t know what to do. So, like any good nanny-state-enablers and critics of capitalism, they sue.

Does anyone actually consider the AP a legitimate source of news and information? I guess if the AP sues people into not using their content they’ll just have to go to another source of equally accurate information, like Wikipedia or the Onion.
