The "contrast" of having someone do something we don't like leads to the "positive" of getting something better than we currently have. Keep that in mind when the next "They are doing something bad over there!" crisis pops up. If we work toward the positive end, things get better. Sometimes it is hard to keep that in mind when things seem to be headed for disaster. I want to point out that this is a natural cycle.
