Livinig in CT I'm always tempted to pick up a few old cheap Mosin/Nagant's in lousy condition for $45 and then turn them in at the next NYC gun turn in for $200 a pop, a nice ROI in any market. But I never trust the "no questions asked" policy... as I'm sure someone, somewhere is checking the serial #'s, and while mine would be legally purchased, albeit not in NYC, who needs the potential hassle down the road?? ;-) I love this sort of hypocrisy.
