Concerned citizen or ecoterrorist
You may have heard that in Roane County there was a toxic spill of ash after a TVA dike broke. Read about it here. And a lot of stuff here.
Anyway, Cathy’s friend went to check it out and was physically detained and interrogated. Then why are they saying it’s all perfectly safe?

Was it private property that she was on?
If so – she had no right to be there, spill or no spill.
If it was public land – then we have an issue. A very big issue in fact.
As it stands there is insufficient information to make a call.
Also beware of using the “Safe, so why the issue?” argument. If that is applied to ID cards and “The honest have nothing to fear” you would be screaming like a little girl faced with a big green nasty spider. If it was private land I fail to see the difference, or the issue.
