Our permit is the most widely recognized permit in the US. We recognize all other states permits and have either full reciprocity or legal recognition in 32 states. The law states they can only be used in self defense." and "Fingerprints, a criminal records check and letters from two references are also needed." Gun owners don’t believe ANY of that talk coming out of Obama’s mouth about the 2nd amendment.
