It took me 9 months to get my Firearms ID card just to be able to purchase shotguns/rifles. I have been waiting for 3 weeks already for a change of address. I had to fill out paperwork again just to change the address. I moved within the same township. I was told it can take anywhere from 1 month to 3 months for change of address.
