He also shoots my CZ 82 with my hands hovering over his and at most 3 rounds loaded. The rule is that he can touch guns anytime he wants to....AS LONG AS HE ASKS ME FIRST AND I AM WITH HIM. But neither should you drive, handle a firearm, nor supervise a dangerous operation (i.e. supervise a child handling a firearm) under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
