To be honest, that'd be a lot better than a whole new ban that actually bans something and which also does not have a sunset clause. We're on thin ice here with the dems at the helm with such large majorities in the House and Senate, and Obama in command. Now, if we could count on the 41-42 Republicans in the senate to simply filibuster any ban, that would be ideal. This “ban” AFAIK, is a repeat of the old ban, including the 10 year sunset.
