The only appropriate change is the disbanding of the BATFE and the barring of any of its personnel from any law enforcement function for life.

They ATF still need to put a second line for address for us apartment dwellers, or are they bias against us…mmmmm.

But I have no fear the ATF clowns will find another asinine reason to harass gun store and gun owners.

I hate to say something good about administrative law or the ATF’s practice thereof, but this actually looks like a bunch of very thoughtful changes that should make compliance a lot easier for the regulated entities.

I especially like the pistol/rifle/receiver option. It only took 15 years (after Thompson Center’s successful pistol/carbine kit lawsuit), but it sounds like the ATF is finally acknowledging that a gun can be turned from a rifle into a pistol and that unless it actually has a short barrel and a shoulder stock it isn’t a short barreled rifle.
