My prediction: The Dems will pass a bailout with overwhelming support from their caucus for the bill. It will contain every piece of junk legislation from ACORN-grants to anti-drilling to DC anti-gun legislation. The Repubs will get the blame for the failing economy until the election, when suddenly all the crises will be gone. Dems will pick up 5 Senate and 30 House seats. If the Repubs had 2 brain cells to rub together, they'd be reaming the Dems for having 90+ votes against the bailout.
