There's an ongoing debate about the post office. I carry there, and the laws about carrying in the PO are ambiguous at best... seemingly competing statutes. And one other thing: the article says the 43% increase was between 2003 and 2007. That's me! Got my CPL in early 2004 after moving here in mid 2002. …And there’s the thing about “Federal Buildings.” There’s an ongoing debate about the post office. And one other thing: the article says the 43% increase was between 2003 and 2007. That’s me! Got my CPL in early 2004 after moving here in mid 2002.

Bars are only off limits if they don't serve food as well. Airports, IIRC, are not off limits... well, at least the non-secure part. School grounds are off limits (i.e. elementary and high-schools) unless you are a permit holder who is picking up or dropping off. The only thing I question in that article is this bit:

Bars are only off limits if they don’t serve food as well. Airports, IIRC, are not off limits… well, at least the non-secure part.
