Rep. Maurice Hinchey, D-Hurley, (C-rated) is due in town court Sept. 9 to face a second-degree harassment charge after he allegedly swatted an NRA representative on the head at the Rosendale Street Fair in July.
Good thing that gun he was handling didn’t turn him into a killer.
