For the heck of it, told him to propose an amendment to legalize concealed carry in the District, too, with the Texas CHL laws as a guide. Technically speaking, DC's ridiculous machine gun definition was never challenged. You'd have a hard time making the case in a civil suit, let a lone a criminal trial, which would be tried before a jury comprised of..... the people who elected Fenty.
