That's a major peeve of mine. You would think by the delay that they are still using quill pens to write bills out on hemp paper in congress today and they need to send it out to get transcribed before us peons can get a look at it. I thought the bill was H.R. 1399 but I'm glad I've been corrected. Kudos to the NRA for printing the bill number. That’s a major peeve of mine.
