I&#039;m not opposed to the blog itself, and I would encourage them to blog the event.  As mentioned in the post, I&#039;m bothered by the fact that they so willfully check their professional standards at the door (you can post family vacation photos on a personal blog, they should not be doing it on a work blog) and refuse to use the free resources at their fingertips to actually make it look like the work of an organization with several million members that&#039;s been working in the shooting sports for almost 140 years.

If we were to assign a 100 point scale for content, style, professionalism, ease of use, and relevant features, I&#039;d give it about an 11.  They don&#039;t have to be perfect, but hitting at least a 75 wouldn&#039;t be hard.</description>
