In spite of the sour grapes of those that didn't do a 23 year loby of Congress and only then barly got Bush to sign this, its hopefully a first step but all the sidelines screamers that have done NOTHING to move this issue have no room for gripe. Do 30 years as a target and get some sympathy....get in the battle and stop running your lips. Every one I have approached to start a movement complaine "its too hard", "I don't want to give the money", "I don't have time" On and ON and ON. They want it handed to them as a "right". Well rights have costs and are not free! Sides the states (except Fla) are doing everything NOT to allow this. My home state has refused to comply for example. Good call Alcibiades. I'm usually opposed to laws like this because they give special privileges to a select class of people. The "select class" in this case has far too often worked on the anti-RKBA side to keep citizens from enjoying the very same lost rights.
