I am still impressed by the amount of waffles houses down here. never had that problem, or solution, up north.

Pancake Pantry, dude. Pancake Pantry. Don’t know if there’s one in Knoxville, but there is in Gatlinburg, and another in Nashville. I have an ex-colleague who drives from Indiana to Nashville where she did her degree once a month just to eat at the Pancake Pantry.
