The real problem is that the list is "secret." You can't view it or even question it if you happen to get bumped off a flight because of it. Teddy got his name off the list because he had substantial political muscle that none of us have. Since you can't see the list, you can't know if there is an issue, and you also can't file suit to get off the list or go through any legal means to correct it. That list is a complete piece of crap and should be specifically limited in any use for anything related to criminal investigations or verification of legal status for things like purchasing firearms.
