		<description>first time ive ever heard of it too... i wonder how they are going to prove that it was intentional... and maybe this guy has enough money to successfully appeal it upwards to challenge Lautenberg... cus it sure looks like this guy was deprived his second amendment right without being convicted of a crime...</description>

		<description>I think review of denied 4473 forms would be a ripe, ripe apple hanging very low for any local DA who wanted to make a mark on local illegal gun users.  I have long wondered why this is NOT the case, especially when Brady types trumpet the  huge numbers of &quot;illegal gun sales stopped.&quot;</description>
