Holy crap, I never even heard of Runaway Jury. What a pile of crap.

None of those negligent distribution cases ever got to a jury because the legal theory it rests on is so weak that it has been laughed out of every courtroom during the pretrial stage. I honestly think those retards were hoping to bring their gun lawsuit in every jurisdiction until they got a set of anti-gun judges that would sign off on anything… and then repeat that long shot gamble at the various appellate levels. Or maybe they were just hoping to beat them through legal costs. Dunno. They failed in any case.

I worry that they might be correct. The Supreme court is not known for common sense rulings. Just examine the Miller case.

I’m not counting this as a win until the ruling.
