WOW, is he fucking serious? He just smiled and lied, what an asshole! As for Bailey, I'm pretty sure his "Straw Buy" was a total lie, and was actully foiled by the very laws he was attempting side-step. See Steve didn't want to be a fellon by breaking gun laws, so instead of actully doing a straw buy he had a friend legally buy a gun at a gun show and pass a background check, and then PRETENDED that the guy gave him the gun for his story. As far as I know Bailey never took posession of the gun bought on that weekend, and it stayed with the rightfull owner untill the ATF seized it. Bailey is an asshole for trying to spread ignorance in the issue to further his own personal agenda, but that would be no excuse to give the JBTs at the ATF the right to wrongfully harrass him if the invvestigation is still ongoing.
