If Sullivan and other administrators and rogue agents are not pushed out, this is just electioneering and they will crank it all back up after November, with a grudge to settle.

Exactly Jeff. I recall reading somewhere a while back that the “alphabet agency” absolutely hates being called the BATFE.

The acronym of ‘ATF’ is one of THEIR choosing (so they can be like all the other three-letter agencies) and they utterly loathe the fact that they are often referred to by their 5 letter acronym.

Therefore, whenever I refer to them they will always be the BATFE, just to piss them off.

It is a start, but I still call them like I see them.

This is nothing less than Bush stumping for Mc-what’s-his-name. (What I’d really like to see a bit more of John’s RKBA mojo, please)

This is good to see. but let’s put it in perspective.

If teh tobacco ninjas aren’t scared of the congressional hearings we had a few years ago and are willing to, as you say, ignore court orders, What are a few executive orders gonna do?

Here’s what’s not happening: Mike Sullivan is not being withdrawn as BATFU head. Agents are not being punished or fired for their misdeeds.

Is Cavalry Arms still being harassed? Are the makers of the Adkins Accelerator back on their feet? Have they been apologized to, and compensated for being driven out of business?

Sure it’s a start, but I think we need to press for more.
